Jurassic World Co-Star Vincent D’Onofrio Says Fans Don’t Have The Real Story Yet

Friday 22 August 2014 @ 8:04 pm

A lot has been written about Jurassic World, the fourth film in the dinosaur franchise but the first to try and resurrect the series after years of complacency. Some of the information has come straight from the cast, as when co-leads Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard hosted The Today Show on the Louisiana set. Some has come from set spies, leaking footage of things we likely weren’t supposed to see. But co-star Vincent D’Onofrio says that the story online is mostly wrong, and he should know. He’s in the movie!

Everyone wants to be in a Marvel movie, whether they know it or not. At least, that’s what the internet would have you believe, as it reports people being offered, rejecting, or even hinting at projects they may or may not have even heard of. In the case of Jon Hamm, there’s been an odd buzz going around that he’s in contention for the role of Doctor Strange in the upcoming Marvel Studios film of the same name. Josh Brolin Updates Us On The Goonies 2

Friday 22 August 2014 @ 4:31 pm

Where do we stand on The Goonies 2? Obviously, we’re behind the idea. So is original Goonies director Richard Donner, who helped put the movie sequel back on our radars by telling TMZ it was happening. But Josh Brolin is taking the “I’ll believe it when I see it” road, and I’m not sure we can blame him.

Brolin appeared on The Tonight Show last night, as you can see in the clip below, and discussed the possibility of The Goonies 2 while also douple-dipping by promoting his turn in Sin City: A Dame to Kill …

Iron Man 3 Director To Revive The Remo Williams Series

Friday 22 August 2014 @ 5:42 am

If you were to run across the book Bodies Are Where You Find Them by Brett Halliday, you would probably not even give it a second glance, unless you’re a hardcore noir fan. However, if I were to tell you that it was the basis for Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, the 2006 cult classic that basically handed Shane Black the Iron Man 3 gig, you’d be much more familiar with that title. Surprise surprise, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang was loosely adapted from that very book, and Black looks to be bringing another obscure book series to the big screen. Except this time, …

Tarantino’s Hateful Eight May Star Jennifer Lawrence

Friday 22 August 2014 @ 4:27 am

Quentin Tarantino is known to draw an eclectic cast whenever he rolls out a film. Up and comers, A-Listers, and B-Legends all wind up intersecting, speaking the same rat-a-tat language of profanity and pop culture that’s given the infamous director a voice all his own. In the 22-years he’s been making films, Tarantino’s been able to bring each film in with at least a couple of notable cast members that not only sell his dialogue, but also bring some free press to each premiere. This latest casting news for QT’s latest, The Hateful Eight, comes from the A-List category, as …
